三次元振动研磨机的工作原理是:在振动盘中安装有振动马达,振动盘通过振动弹簧与底座连接。启动振动研磨机时,振动马达产生强大的激振力,通过振动弹簧带动振动盘中的研磨混合物(即研磨材料、研磨加工零件、研磨助剂等混合物)产生三个方向的运动,即上下振动、由里向外的翻转、螺旋式的顺时针旋转。这种立体的研磨方式可以使需要研磨抛光的产品零配件与研磨抛光材料相互摩擦,从而达到表面抛光、去批锋、倒角、去毛边、除锈、粗磨光、精密磨光、光泽打光、电镀前细磨、振动出色等目的。

The working principle of the three-dimensional vibration grinder is that a vibration motor is installed in the vibration disc, and the vibration disc is connected to the base through a vibration spring.
